With my monoprints I like to explore the images of the ghost print, the second or sometimes third print taken which exhausts the ink.  The ghosts are indicative of the change undergoing many marine ecosystems as human driven climate changes affect conditions.  The theme of exhaustion of resources is echoed in taking the ghost prints.
